Kyla
Kyla was a 10-year old blue Weimaraner who came to us in March 2016 after her family had to move and couldn’t take her with them. For awhile, she was fostered by Laura, Josh and a Weimaraner foster sister named Isa. In June 2016, a CalWEAR volunteer transported Kyla from San Diego back to Orange County for us so she could make it to an adoption event that we were hosting for her. In July 2016, that same volunteer stepped up to foster Kyla until we could find her a new adoptive home. Well… just two weeks into the foster period, Cooper and her partner notified us that they would love to make it official and just adopt Kyla outright. !!! On behalf of so many of us who transported and fostered Kyla in our own homes, wondering how long it would take for foster to get through foster care, we are SO THRILLED that this sweet 10-year old girl has finally found her forever home. Congratulations to Cooper and Michael on your new walking buddy!!!
