MEET CULLEN!!!
Cullen broke out of the Downey Detention Center today, and he’s soooo happy about it that he’s being the perfect gentleman on his freedom ride. 
Tonight’s agenda includes a warm bath, full bowl of dinner, and television snuggles.
In the morning we’ll write up his bio and start looking for his new family.
