On Monday morning, we consented to an exploratory surgery to figure out the cause of Florence’s continual bleeding.
Official diagnoses: CANINE STUMP PYOMETRA (more about it here: https://www.atdove.org/article/canine-stump-pyometra)
Treatment: Removal of infected mass / abscess.
Current condition: Resting comfortably in foster home. Feeling SO GREAT she’s now committing Weim crimes. 
Next step: Pay our vet bill.
