Harvey is a handsome 5 1/2 year old altered silver gray male. He is up to date on all vaccines (rabies and Bordetella). Harvey loves short walks, and is sometimes limited on length of his walks due to slight occasional limping, as he has had TPLO procedure on both hind legs. Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) is a surgical treatment used to stabilize the stifle joint when the Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CrCL) has ruptured. The CrCL is similar to the ACL in a human knee. He has some residual arthritis. Currently taking carprofen. Make no mistake this does not slow this boy down. He loves car rides, going everywhere with his humans and is a great companion with an expected healthy life ahead of him. Harvey loves short walks, adores his squeaky toys, treats, chasing birds, squirrels, cats, anything that moves. Not recommended with small children as he has no spatial awareness. He has separation anxiety (velcro dog), with the usual Weim nervous energy, however not destructive in any way. House trained with his basic manners, however still gets excited and needs a bit of a refresher at times. There has got to be a nice soft fluffy couch for this boy…could it be yours? He is stunning!
