Titan

MEET TITAN.

Titan is a genuine gentle giant who doesn’t have an ounce of aggression in him. He’s 16 months old (DOB 18th March 2018), very tall and a muscular 80lbs and as with most gentle giants he sometimes doesn’t realise his own size, so whilst an experienced home with very young children is not out of the question he might be better suited to an active family with older or no children. He is extremely energetic and sadly has missed out on exercise and training, as well as experiencing new things during his early months, so his new family will need to provide him with plenty of stimulation and invest some quality time in getting him up to speed. He is an extremely quick learner and knows stay, sit and no and prefers a calm correction to a raised voice, which can scare him.

He loves chewing toys and bones and does have a tendency to want to possess all the toys in his area, but he’ll quite happily play tug and swap toys with other dogs so sharing is not a big issue. He does prefer to sleep near you, but is quite happy on his own bed at the end of your bed rather than on yours or in yours with you! Titan has some symptoms of separation anxiety, but he is young and with some TLC will be able to overcome them. He would probably do best in a home with someone around for most of the day and he has loved being in his foster home with his 14 month old foster brother, so an environment with other dogs, large or small would be great.

Titan is neutered, housebroken and up-to-date on all his vaccinations.
