REMEMBER TY?!
CalWEAR shared his story back in November 2018.
We’re pleased to report that with magical treatment (our vet called them “eye drops”), Ty’s eyes has improved enough for him to see!!! 
Unfortunately, we’ve also discovered that Ty can’t hear. Yep, totally deaf. 
Ty spent a week with our vet before hitching a ride on the WEIMBUS. (Yes, he’s temporarily sitting in the front seat because there are SIX dogs on the WEIMBUS that CalWEAR has picked up in the last week; please don’t flame us.)
Ty is another gem in our collection. He doesn’t bark, he doesn’t whine, he loads in the car like a champ, he sleeps quietly in his crate, and is otherwise one of the easiest keepers in our pack. So easy, in fact, that we’re scratching our heads trying to figure why his folks had to give him up. 
Ty likes being in the company of others; both human and canine. Instead of barking, Ty communicates with his soulful eyes.
Now that we’ve got his vision stable, it’s time to work on his nose!!!
